Raygill Cottage is situated in the small rural community of Sneaton just 3 miles inland from Whitby and can be easily found on the B1416. There is a layby outside the front door for easy parking.

In Sneaton there is a small village store for essentials and also a pub and hotel both serving meals.

This single storey cottage was redecorated and refurnished during the winter of 2003/4 and now offers comfortable accommodation for four people. At the rear of the property is a small garden.

The cottage is heated by night storage heaters, hot water and heating are included in the tariff.

The bathroom has a toilet, wash basin and shower cubicle. The kitchen is fully equipped with a useful range of utensils and crockery and has a microwave, cooker, washing machine and refrigerator. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded room. All beds have duvets and all bed linen is included in the tariff. A cot and highchair are available but please bring bedding for the cot. The combined lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished, there is a television with videos and books and games are provided.
