Rose Bank is a superior detached bungalow with panoramic views set in its own grounds at the lower junction of Carr Hill Lane and Brook Park. The bungalow is reached by its own private drive way; the local bus service runs from the bottom of the drive and the railway station is within a few minutes walk. The property is tastefully decorated and furnished for your comfort, and has gas central heating.

The property consists of:
An entrance hall, well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, spin dryer, iron, ironing board and all the pots, pans and cutlery you will need.
A bathroom and separate toilet; double bedroom, twin bedroom with co-ordinating bedding, curtains and carpets, a large lounge with fantastic views of the village, Littlebeck Valley and the edge of the Moors. The lounge has a gas fire, colour TV, radio, books, local information, magazines and games to help you relax.

Bed linen, tea towels, towels, gas and electricity are included in the price. The property sleeps 4 people plus a baby. A 'Z' bed is available for a child if needed.
