Built in hand made bricks which gives it charm and character, the cottage has full gas central heating, double glazing and beamed ceilings. At the front of the cottage there is a small front garden with garden seats and also off the road parking. Special thought has been given to furnishing this property in a cosy country cottage style. The lounge has a colour TV, radio, books, local information, magazines and games to help you relax and a coal and wood burning stove for the winter time. The kitchen and dining area are fitted with modern attractive units, electric cooker, fridge & freezer compartment, spin dryer, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, iron, ironing board and all the pots, pans and cutlery you will need. The stairs lead to the landing, en-suite shower room with washbasin and toilet. The bedroom has a double and a single bed, with co-ordinating furnishings and carpets.

Linen, towels, tea towels, electricity and gas are included in the price. Rosemary Cottage accommodates a maximum of 3 people plus a baby. A 'Z' bed is available for a child if needed.

Rambler's Cottage, Rosemary Cottage and Primrose Cottage are all situated in Garbutt's Yard, which is at the lower end of Carr Hill Lane, Sleights. Click here to see the map. Rambler's Cottage and Rosemary Cottage face down Carr Hill Lane and Primrose Cottage faces onto the lane. Private parking is available for 1 car for each property in Garbutt's Yard. Further parking is available on a small public car park just below the yard on the opposite side of the lane, and also opposite the yard on the lane.

A washing machine and dryer are available for use by request at Garbutt's Yard and Rose Bank.
